Called for a phone interview. Was really nervous and hoping for the best but did not go to well. The interviewer was driving during the call and the signal between our phones was really bad. It was really hard for either of us to understand what each other were saying. With some misunderstandings as well it was not a very good experience.

40 minute long call with an engineer. First, we mainly talked about my experience within a technical organization. Followed up with rapid fire technical questions and then he asked for any questions from me. We had some extra time left over and he gave me the opportunity to talk about the next most important on my resume

. It consisted of 3 rounds. The questions were a combination of general technical questions, project related technical questions, and two or so behavioral questions.

Where is the point of highest stress when a cantilever is loaded downward at the far edge of the beam?
2 technical rounds, both were 45 minutes long. Asked basic engineering questions (cantallevered beam, flow through a pipe, hydraulics) and increasingly got difficult. Must know first princple engineering to pass interview.
