I had a phone interview followed by an on-site interview a few days later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long, and the on site interview lasted around 3 hours. They asked mostly technical questions and details about projects that I had on my resume.

Interview
Seemed very rushed and uninterested throughout the entire process. Questions were not really applicable to the role and instead were just designed to make you think about weird situations. I don't think it was a good way to evaluate a candidate for an engineering role.
