Heavy on practical experience, college orgs, and applications. Questions were based on fundamentals contextualized by their business. Overall the process was what I expected and not too tough. This was a conversion from intern to full time so my experience may have been easier.

Technical Q: flat steel plate is suspended my 4 hockey pucks in the corners, describe the stresses that developed in the plate. Where are they at a max? where is the min? what happens if hockey pucks become steel.

The HR representatives did not communicate well at all. I was ghosted for some time then received an email and interview about a totally unrelated position. Then ghosted again. Just not a good experience at all.
