Interview
Met with representatives at nightly information session. Called two weeks later by HR reps wanting to set up an interview. Set up 30-min phone interview for 4 days later, had phone interview, and a day later HR called and said that the group would be extending an offer. Line of questioning was over my past projects and a few behavioral questions.
Got a call on a Thursday asking if I wanted to do an interview, set up interview for that Friday, got an offer on the following Wednesday. Very quick turn around compared to any other aerospace company I was looking at. Interview focused mostly on projects I had worked on and went a little bit into general technical questions specific to the department I was interviewing for.

Interview
Was contacted by phone for an interview a few weeks after I submitted my resume online. They asked for information such as GPA, Major, and ACT score. The actual interview was a few days later and lasted an hour. Mostly they asked about questions on my resume but also asked me technical questions about the position. Were as interested in how you worked through the question as much as the actual answer.
