SpaceX Intern interview questions

This interview process is for the Avionics Software Group for the Summer Internship 2016. If you're a Computer Science student applying, the hiring team will consider you for this group. The steps were as follows: 1. I received a phone call from HR to initiate the process. I was asked for my current GPA and ACT/SAT score. 2. I took a software screening quiz of 10 multiple choice questions. 3. I had a 30-minute technical interview with a senior developer over the phone. - Two weeks later, I received a phone call from HR that I won't be moving forward because the hiring team thought I needed more experience. IF I moved forward, 4. The next step is a coding project with a due date of three days after the assignment. 5. There is a final technical interview with another senior developer. 6. HR makes an offer or not. It took a long time to hear back from the HR in step 3, but the process was overall smooth. I'll be sure to apply again next year!

For the position I was applying for (Enterprise Software Intern) I did three phone interviews with various members of the team. They covered specific language skills as well as algorithmic problem solving and critical thinking skills. The thing I liked most about my SpaceX interview process was how quickly they moved - I was contacted on Monday and had an offer 30 minutes after my third and final interview on Friday.
