I don't know. I think HR is not working these days for some reason. They scheduled a phone interview and I didn't get any call, then they rescheduled my interview again and they didn't call again. I really wanted to say this to recruiter, please do your work and be punctual.

It was ok in the beginning, but the recruiter did not respond to my follow-up e-mails. I sent her samples of projects I have worked on in the past, but she did not confirm receipt. I also contacted her prior to the interview to ask a couple of questions. She did not respond either. It was very unprofessional. I felt abandoned after the interview. I am assuming I did not make it to the next step due to the lack of communication. Oh, well. I don't know how the recruiters get away with it. They could lose the best candidate due to the recruiters not doing their job.

The worst experience ever, don’t even waste your time, when I questioned about challenges that I might face as a customer support at SpaceX the recruiter response was "SpaceX provides no training to employees and you are forced to solve problems on your own”
