We continuously hold interviews for various corporate and field positions throughout the work day. At times we are simultaneously interviewing for two or more open positions within the same department or team - this may be why you noticed other candidates at our Headquarters while you were interviewing. Additionally, we typically have candidates meet with several different people throughout the interview process because we feel it’s important to give candidates a chance to meet a few people, be it from the same team or complimenting teams, to ensure that SoulCycle is the right fit for all parties.
