I emailed my resume to the studio and they got back to me quickly to come in for an interview. It was very quick! They said they would be back to me within the week about the role but I heard the very next day. I like that they were decisive and got back to me quickly!

Interview
Fairly standard questions were asked, mostly related to customer service background. First there was a phone interview and then an in-person one at their headquarters. They also allowed me to take a free class, which was very generous. The process did take a bit longer than I expected (two or three weeks between the phone call and the in-person interview) but overall it was enjoyable. I would recommend it.

Interview
Overall, I had a very positive and typical interview experience. I applied via the SoulCycle website and received an email requesting a phone interview within 24 hours. Following our phone interview, I had a second interview via Skype with two recruiters. The final interview was with with the Regional and Studio Manager. The interviews showed how much the company cares about employees and selecting the right fit.
