SoulCycle interview questions

Brief phone interview. General questions. She was really friendly, high energy and easy to talk to. The actual try out was super tough. You only get maybe 15 seconds to shine. You better have a routine down because that is solely what you are tested on. I didn’t know about the time frame as I prepped a song with a routine so I sank really quick. Also, a lot of people were there some were trying out for their 3rd time. ;)

I applied online, spoke to the manager on the phone, met with them in person and I was hired on the spot. The interviewing was super unprofessional, but I got the job so I’m not complaining.
