SoulCycle interview questions

Telephone interview then invited into office and met with 4 people. Returned for 2nd interview. Then had video call then invited back in to meet with more people and Lunch with team. Interviewed with 12+ people. Asked to take classes and provide feedback. After all of that I was ghosted by HR.

Save yourself the time and energy. Perhaps one of the worst interviews I have been on. The whole process took about a month and it seemed like each interviewer was giving different descriptions of the job and training schedules. Throughout my interview process, I was told "When you are the manager" and "When you get selected." The main recruiter did not keep me informed at all during the process (aside from scheduling the interviews) and I had to check in twice to see what was going on as it had been over two weeks since we spoke last. She kept pushing the deadline back and finally I was told they were moving forward with an internal candidate. Super frustrating to even interview external candidates only for an internal one to get the position. Be shock there. I would not even bother with this company.
