I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter in New York, then an in-person interview with the studio manager. The process took a long time from start to finish, but you also get a free class if you're not familiar with SoulCycle (which I recommend taking so you have something to talk about).
Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.

Interview
It was very quick and easy. Questions about what I would bring to the team and what I knew about the company. Talked to the studio manager on the phone.
