1st stage: interview with line manager - competency-based; standard questions
2nd stage: had about one week to prepare presentation for line manager and larger team; presented then answered their questions
3rd stage: met with line manager and HR, completed psychometric and personality tests
4th stage: prior to offer, had informal meeting with line manager who explored issues revealed in personality and psychometric testing, and met wtih MD of Business Unit
