It was a two stage interview with competency based questions followed by a presentation. Initial interview was general questions on my CV and the second interview was given a task ahead of time to prepare a presentation for.

A recruiter gives you a 30 minute call, then if you pass that step you get contacted by someone within the department that you're applying for.
The HR step of this is kind of annoying because normally they don't really know much about what the department would want, so just make sure to impress them differently depending on who you get.

CV round followed by a video interview, followed by an assessment centre. Assessment Centre involved giving a 5 minute individual presentation about a Marketing Campaign we thought was particularly successful. After this, there was a group task, where we had to come up with a marketing strategy for improving artist streams on Spotify.
