Das Gespräch verlief sehr angenehm und der Mitarbeiter hat seine Position im Team und die Trainee Stelle sehr ausgiebig erklärt. Das erste „Kennenlernen“ dauerte 1 und halb Stunden. Für die Aufgaben, welche einem gestellt wurden, hatte man nur wenig Zeit.
