It was technical and cut to the chase. It is difficult to come on board with Japanese on certain basic points. Ultimately you need to work hard enough to explain the expats.
One stage easy interview process. friendly interviewer and not difficult questions. heard back within 3 weeks and got the job. minimum wage salary but work is not too hard at all. you will enjoy working here
