Hiring was through Campus Recruitment. Hiring process consisted of four rounds, viz. an online written test (largely aptitude based) and three interview rounds. Written test is of average difficulty level. Once you clear written test, you will be called for technical interview which is largely based on your engineering subjects. Once short-listed after technical interview, you will be directed towards next interview round which is like any other management interview. If you are selected in this round too, then you will be called for final round which is HR interview round. In total around 120 students appeared in written test, of which 25 were selected and finally 4 students were selected.
