Somewhere Marketing Associate interview questions

I went thru about 3 interviews with Support Shepherd recruitment, did a grammar assessment online and a situational (essay) email assessment. The process took more than a week before landing the final interview with the client. Things I hope they could improved on since they are a sourcing and consultancy company providing talents- is that they shoukd give feedback (what went wrong) on why the client did not pick you. What criteria or qualifications did you not have so you could improve. Second is that since you have already provided your profile and references, I wish that they can set you up for another position. Answering all those long assessments is a waste of time to not be considered for another opening.
