Somewhere Customer Service interview questions

The first two interviews were by the HR of Support Shepherd. The questions were fairly easy. However, when it comes to the client itself, it was a lost cause, they said they presented my profile to the client but decided not to continue with my application. When I asked them what was the client’s criteria for not selecting my profile without any interview as basis, I was ghosted.My suggestion is filter the applications with the clients prior to conducting interviews and more importantly, character references; that way you wouldn’t waste time and effort of both parties involved.
