Solvay interview questions

Straightforward and simple Interview consisted of meeting various members of the team and having more conversational and "personality" assessment type of discussions. Team was friendly, although it is obvious that they think very highly of the company they work for and are looking for a very unique candidate.

Had an initial phone interview, and then followup onsite interview rotating between different department heads. Each in person interview lasted about 30 minutes. After the interviews was shown around the lab and the site.
