Solvay interview questions

Started at the career fair and I got an interview. The interview was done by one young employee and a senior manager. I was moved on to the second round and it lasted around six hours. Numerous people interviewed me and there was a panel interview of 6 or 7 people.

Various interviews, HR, Manager and related Managers, as well as tests to measure your soft skills and possibility of adaptation. Interviews were based on real-life scenarios, based on the job requirements, in this case Agile, roadmap management, stakeholders' expectations management, etc. Overall, a very positive experience, with a fantastic HR representative who has been maintaining a constant interaction and conversation even when a major reorg got announced along the way, with impact on people's availability!
