The process took one day. I was interviewed by the Engineering Manager and the interview took one hour . I received a call back within 2 days after the interview with an offer.

Phone interview with hiring manager, group manager and senior employee. Introduction about the company and how it became Solvay today then behavioural questions. Overall they asked technical questions about what I did for research and how I solved problems with my research skills

Quite a basic interview with administrative questions and questions relevant for the position I applied for. Unlike the other places, the interviewers took notes on everything I said. Many future tasks were explained in detail
