Sodexo Supervisor interview questions

Applied through Medridan agency. Signed up with the agency then they arranged an interview with the domestic managers. They were very friendly & helpful. Explained job role & training. Found out the same day I'd got the job. Then arrived at main entrance at Royal Stoke for the induction. It's basically 4 people sitting in a massive meeting room. Listening too all health and safety. The women was very laid back calling everyone mate & swearing. Not as professional as I'd hoped. Induction lasted 2 hours. It was meant too be 3. Then I went shadow a domestic supervisor for 3 hours.
