Sodexo Manager interview questions

Sat with Director and other managers, very personal and casual. The Director was more interested in me as a person and how I thought than all of the background and education or experience. Both the Director and other managers participated, talked and asked questions.

Filled out an online job app, got a call from a recruiter and screened me. She thought I would be a good candidate and sent the information along to the hiring manager at the facility. Manager called me, set up a phone interview. Offered job three days later.
