I applied for the job on the sodexo website and was told by their website Ai/robot, that I was approved for a 15-minute phone interview. They emailed me who would be calling me and when. It was supposed to be a 9am phone call, I waited for 30 minutes and received nothing. I then emailed the person who was supposed to interview me and did not even receive a response. A few hours later I got a rejection email saying they are unable to offer me the job. Feels very disrespectful to my time that I never even got to speak to a real human being.

It went very good better then I actually thought it would I was nervous at first but I'm glad I tried I love meeting new people I think this will be a great experience.
