Skanska interview questions

Upon submitting my application online, I heard back and was interviewed over the phone within 2 weeks. Thereafter, I had another phone interview the following week. Then, had an in-person interview.

Lengthy process. Took 9 months before hired. Did 3 interviews. Standard questions. HR was great to work with. Research on the company definitely helped. Did an on campus meet and greet at a job fair after applying online. Then did a phone interview and two in person interviews. Salary offered was presented as company standard for the position starting out.
