Got an email for a telephone interview, interview lasted about 30 minutes and was mainly about competency based questions. Interviewer was very nice and didn't make the process feel too official.

Direct and straightforward, it was a friendly space and there was no pressure. It just needed the applicant to be open minded and free to respond to the questions as regards construction
Found the job listing on Indeed. I then attended an online interview that was very standard. After passing the online interview I was invited to attend an assessment centre with a group assignment and an interview after.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Skanska (Birmingham, Inglaterra)

As far as the assessement day goes its super layed back and they make you feel very welcome. With casual activitys as icebreakers, group activity (assessed) and finally the private interview.
