Worst interview experience ever.
A 4-stage interview.
- The first interview was with the talent acquisition. A very well structured and common sense questions: why do you want to join? metrics for conversational AI chatbots, stakeholders management, and some situational questions such as define a challenge you faced in your past experience(s) and elaborate on how did you overcome it.
- The second interview was with the hiring manager. We delved more into the chatbot and the company's vision. More tech question were raised such as: KPIs, how do you produce a roadmap? Stakeholders Management, and delivery (timelines, scope, c-exec communication reg. status updates).
The 3rd was a take-home assignment that tackles 4 key points: Delivery Management - Roadmap - KPIs - Board Meeting Presentation
After almost a week, I got a phone call from the TA stating that they won't be moving forward with my application. She mentioned that I did well except for exercise number 3, where I missed some of the KPIs. I then asked her, well, if I didn't do well in one of the 4 questions, would this disqualify me from the process ... she was speechless. Honestly, this came as a surprise!
