Phone screen first w/ the recruiter. After face-to-face with Branch Manager. Interview with the recruiter was more of a get to know you and the requirements of the position. The recruiter also had me do a breif role play of up-selling a car. When I met the Branch Manager I was given a tour.

They made me wait for about 2 hours and had to spent whole day to complete the interview process. After completing all the 5 rounds including HR , i was told that I will get another call from HR to discuss the compensation offered by them. For 4 days, there were no response and after I followed up with them over email, i finally got a call stating that their team in Germany would not like to proceed further.
