erst fand ein Telefon Interview statt und anschließend sollte ich nach München (Hauptsitz ) kommen für ein persönliches Gespräch. Beide Interviews waren sehr offen gestaltet. Ich lernte den Fachbereich und einen Recruiter kennen. Der Call ging ca 45 Minuten und das persönliche Gespräch ging ungefähr 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten.

Interview
Initially got a call from one of the recruiters and gave me briefly about SIXT impressed with the tech stack. later HR told me to complete online exam then only eligible for 1:1 technical discussion.

The only strange is, in manager round he told me to write complete code from beginning to end in an optimized way, and himself saying that I'm not great at JS and he is not oke with pseudo-code which people are usually doing in the technical round.
Finally, Manager asked me one strange question (I feel not even relevant to me) if I give to full-stack roll (Java + React, JS) will you take it up, I said no but I'm ready to work on Node + React or any frontend technology.

Via het uitzendbureau werkzaam bij Sixt, naar mate ik vaker aanwezig was werd een aanbod gedaan door de manager van Sixt locatie. Mijn werkprestaties vonden ze erg goed en om die reden ben ik uitgenodigd.
Hierop ingegaan en uiteindelijk tot een overeenkomst gekomen.
