First over the phone interview, then in-branch interview. Over the phone was more about your availability and what you do. Alyssa King mostly let me know about the job itself. It was more of an informative interview. The second one is a simple 1:1 interview.

Interview
It was a college on campus interview. Company was offering 3 months internship with a full time offer on a successful completion of internship. Salary offered was 40000 per month during internship and 11,52,000 CTC during fulll time with a SDE profile.
Whole recruitment process consists of 5 rounds - 1 coding cum aptitude test consisting of 14 technical questions and 6 logical reasoning and 2 medium level coding questions followed by 2 technical interview , 1 managerial and 1 HR interview.
23 student were selected after coding test and 3 got an offer at the end of HR round.

Interview
Short but concise, clear, direct, engaging out of the box questions. Was what I expected, why SIXT and what you can contribute to SIXT. Was a very smooth and well thought out interview process.
