Very friendly atmosphere and fast procedure. Application sent on Thursday, interview was next week (Tuesday). Two days later I have got a phone call that I have got the job.
They have sent me the rooster two weeks before my starting day. Conversations and communication were still polite via email. First impression: 10/10

The client returns the car, but there is a scratch/dent on the back of it. He says that he wasn't there and he didn't see what has happened.
How do you solve the problem?
