The Invitation: The HR representative in VIETNAM sent the interview invitation email very early, demonstrating a highly professional and punctual attitude—very true to the Swiss working style. All the information provided for the interview was incredibly detailed and professional. The Arrival: On the day of the interview, my slot was scheduled for 10:00 AM as stated in the email. I actually arrived about 30 minutes early, so the HR team kindly guided me to a room to sit, wait, and relax. They were super polite and friendly, even bringing me a glass of water while I waited. The Interview: At exactly 10:00 AM sharp, they took me up to the meeting room to start the interview with Ms. Hong Anh, the Marketing Manager. The whole conversation lasted for 45 minutes. It was actually quite pleasant and friendly, and the overall atmosphere wasn't overly stressful at all.

Had an initial first round interview with the recruiter (behavioral). I then moved onto the next round which was another behavioral with the director of the role. I then moved onto the final round which was an onsite interview with multiple team members (mix of behavioral and technical)
