Siemens Software Engineer interview questions

After applying on careers site, HR called to ask current and expected CTC and Technical interview was scheduled. After clearing Technical round, Managerial round happened. I sent all requested documents to HR and was hoping to get the offer letter soon. 2 Days later, I received an automated mail that I had been rejected and no feedback was provided. I believe reason is salary constraint (they do not pay as per market standards). But they should not have wasted my time since I had told them my expectations at the beginning only. Interviewers were nice but overall it was a disappointing experience. Atleast not expected this from Siemens :(
