I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (München, Bavaria) in Aug 2022
Interview
First interview went well (with the team). They seemed to be nice.
The problems appeared after the second interview, HR part. It was a nightmare synchronizing with her, finally, after long discussion we could manage to find a suitable date.
During the interview, the HR was bored. She barely answered to any of my questions. Also, with some occasions she was pretty rude.
After the interview she is ghosting me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR:
Why do you want to join Siemens?
Other non-sense HR questions. Asked just to be asked.
Technical Part:
Describe Hypervisor (at a highly abstract manner).
60 minute phone interview with multiple interviewers.
In person interview had me sit with the team leader and complete an assessment by hand on paper. After, I ghosted an employee and saw them complete a daily task from a ticket. After I was sat in a boardroom with 6-8 people and we reviewed my paper assessment. After the assessment was reviewed I was asked to do some white board questions, one of them was a brain teaser question. The total in person interview was 4 hours long.
