Interview
1. One round with some basic DS questions.
2. Then they give you a long assignment. They even ask you to learn their application(Mendix) and build the front end. I built the backend system and as the scope of assignment was too long, I could not finish the front end. And they did not even bother to give a chance and have a look at the backend code. What are you people hiring (frontend or backend engineers?).
3. And finally, when I tried to chase them for feedback, I get the reply after a couple of mails, 3 linked in messages over 10 days.

Interview
I applied in dec 2019 and i got a call for interview almost 1 month later.Even though the interview was smooth and easy,I got a call for second round interview after 3 months.In the first interview they concentrated on the current job responsibilities and scrum working style.
In total it took 4 months to go to next round.Second round was easy too
But the most questionable part was the presence of unrelated department heads,who are no way related to the role being hired,present in the interview
This role has been open for 5 months now.Looks like they dont want to hire.Then why do they call people for interview.?
.All in all its been a negative experience as they took long time and kept the candidate waiting

Interview
There were two rounds. One was technical and one was manager round. The interview was organized on 28th September 2019. I have performed well on both rounds.manager said that he will expect me to join soon.
But no communication after that. I believe that they are conducting an interview just as part of some processes and they might not need any candidate. The organizer won't even respond to our mail.
We can judge a company based on the interview process.It is unethical to waste candidates time.
