I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Siemens (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. Mostly behavior based questions and just seeing if I was a good personal fit for the company. Not many technical questions, although I attend a top 10 business school so perhaps it was understood the students already had the required entry-level technical knowledge at that point.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked me why I was interested in working for Siemens.
Iter selettivo lungo - ottima comunicazione con HR - classico colloquio di selezione, solite domande. Intervistatore molto chiaro su aspettative e pratiche lavorative. Un consiglio: fornire maggior chiarezza sulle tempistiche
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Navi Mumbai) in Apr 2024
Interview
Hiring Manager (HM) wanted a faster process than HR was working on so HM coordinated all interviews. Got selected, put in touch with HR finally, approved salary structure... then told role was put on hold and no further contact either from HM or HR.
One hour interview. Mainly asked many questions regarding past roles (some of the questions can be quite in depth asking about processes). Also explained and informed the candidate what this role requires.
