I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Shell (Houston, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
First, apply online and if you meet the minimum requirements you will receive an e-mail to take the online assessment (which is difficult). If you pass you will be asked to complete a face-to-face or over the phone interview. If you pass that, then you will be invited to the Shell Recruitment Day where you must go through a series of group and individual case study analysis' and interviews. It was a challenging day but very enjoyable if you are right for the job. Best advice, just be yourself!

On the second day there was a case study, with many pages about a fictitious country, where should we defend an investment, the second dynamic was in group and was about the same fictitious country. In the end, there was an interview with the presentation of a project developed in your academic life.
