Shell Process Engineer interview questions

Phone Interview with Engineer. Lasted about 40 min. First 20 min, general questions. Next 20 min, specific questions on a particular chosen topic. Informed of interview result about 2 weeks later via email. First part - "Name one experience, which you are the most proud of?". Followup questions to this question for the next 20 min. Second part - "Imagine you are the CEO of a company, choose one of the following 4 scenerios to discuss further - Diversity in workplace, Environmental Hazards and 2 others( cant remember)." Then followup questions to that.
