I was headhunted for the job. Went for an interview in April 2012; 3 interviews on the same day since they flew me from another state. It took them almost 3 months to decide if i was the right candidate. They offered me a package and I turned it down. They came back with another revised offer after 2 week and I took it

If i were the CEO of the company, how do i re-act to a crisis that involves reputation and health issues
Interview process was fine. There were questions asked that were normal and some were technical, but manageable. Interview went fine and they took their time to decide and discuss and come back afterwards.
The interview process is very thorough and intense. Eye opening and made me see the excellence culture, which is very high. I enjoyed the interviewing process and would recommend everyone to apply.
