The interview consist of two people asking me questions. They both took turn asking me. the first question they ask was " so tell us about yourself. when they ask you that they dont want to know your whole life story. they really want to know about yourself dealing with the field you are interviewing for. you must tell them why they should hire you out of thousands who are applying for the same position.

Interview
This interview was the same as all other operator interviews. They ask operational and situational questions. You go through teams of people all in one day at an offsite facility.
Ok it was my first time going on and interview like this but I feel confident if I get another chance everything will work it self out in a positive way. The guys on the board was really nice.

Group interview with 2 current operators. Very relaxed with prepared questions. They want to see how you interact with others and what you know about the position. The interview is about minutes and again everone is very nice.
