Interview
Initially filled an online form where they asked basic questions about yourself. Then there were a series of tests, both psychometric and quantitative. It was like a normal DI paper and was easy. I was called for final round of interviews at Gurgaon where behavioral questions were asked.

Interview
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
