The first step was a questionnaire with a series of questions that measured competency, subject skills including mathematics, personality, past work experiences and so on. It took around 30 min to 1 hour to complete.

Ze werken middels een online assessment waarvan het eerste gedeelte vooral gefocust is op persoonlijkheid, lijst met grofweg 100 vragen. Daarna een video opname waar je vragen zoals hier beneden beschreven staat mag beantwoorden
One hirevue interview followed by a case study, which you must study beforehand and answer questions off of. There is not much besides that and it was pretty straightforward and simple in my opinion.

Straightforward, recorded video interviews and motivation letter. You have to complete the process within 1 week after applying for the position. There is also a situational and personality test. Afterwards, there is an interview.
