The environment was quite negative. Everyone was focused on how to not to do anything that challenged the status quo that the forgot to plan for failure and recover and learn from failure. Was a limited environment for people from other cultures as it seemed most of the corporate environment was geared toward white males.

Difficult question was the question you should ask of Shell Canada--can they embrace different worldviews in order to be more successful?
Interview process was fine. There were questions asked that were normal and some were technical, but manageable. Interview went fine and they took their time to decide and discuss and come back afterwards.
The interview process is very thorough and intense. Eye opening and made me see the excellence culture, which is very high. I enjoyed the interviewing process and would recommend everyone to apply.
