Hiring starts online. Face to face interview with HR if you pass initial online screening which is a combination of analytical and behavior questions. Then case study presentation, skills interview, for the final screening. There were more assessors than candidates.

Describe a time where you led a group towards success of a project.
Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”

Online interview in the style of hireview, intertwined with behavioural and personality questions. Asked three questions that required video responses and I was given unlimited time to prepare and unlimited attempts.
