The process is standarized and after few introductions, interview panel started exploring some skills and competences through direct questions. try to explore elements like "passion" in an one-hour interview over the phone.

Interview process was fine. There were questions asked that were normal and some were technical, but manageable. Interview went fine and they took their time to decide and discuss and come back afterwards.
The interview process is very thorough and intense. Eye opening and made me see the excellence culture, which is very high. I enjoyed the interviewing process and would recommend everyone to apply.
