Interview
The online application process was very easy. However, it took a long time before they interview me - applied by end of Dec and was interviewed in late March. It was a phone interview. 1.5 h long - indeed the longest phone interview I have ever done, but it was interesting, with a debating element included as well. A line manager called from Netherlands, so I suppose that you will be interviewed by your potential boss instead of an HR if you are offered an interview.

Interview
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
