Interview
Werving gaat via de reguliere manier: een persoonlijkheidstest, een decisionmakingtest en als laatste een rekentoets, welke allemaal online gedaan kunnen worden. Alleen de rekentoets heeft een tijdslimiet. Vervolgens uitgenodigd voor een telefonisch interview waarbij je verschillende situaties moest schetsen waarin je laat zien dat je voldoet aan de CAR eisen die shell stelt. Ze nemen het erg serieus, dus je doet er goed aan om dit goed door te lezen. Helaas ben ik het niet geworden omdat ik niet duidelijk genoeg was in bepaalde antwoorden.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
