They asked me in the interview, why I wanted to become a graduate candidate. It was one of the main questions, focusing on my motivation, academic goals, and future career development.

I explained that I wanted to become a graduate candidate to develop my professional skills, gain advanced knowledge, and prepare myself for future career opportunities within the company.
After submitting application you are sent a Hireview link with numerical and verbal reasoning questions and ends with 3 video interview questions that are untimed. If successful, you are invited to a virtual case study interview.

Why you want to work for shell and a time when you had a different opinion to someone
3 questions for a video interview. It was online and you get as much time as you want to prepare so there is no time pressure. You can also retake either question 3 times.
Many questions, especially focused on how I could improve shell by qualities I have learned from my studies and previous work experience. Very friendly and open environment. Took about one hour.
