Online application, one phone interview, interview took an hour long and was asked pretty standard questions, mostly general, friendly demeanour, had to do interview remotely because wasn't in Perth, but very flexible

I have applied online and successfully passed all the tests i.e.: decision-making and verbal assessment. Shortly, I was invited for an interview over the phone. The process took about 1 month and it was pretty clear and easy. The interview though was particularly hard, in comparison to the ones from the other employers. The questions asked were far not straight-forward, and implied a lot of critical thinking before giving an accurate answer.
