Question 1
Q: tell me about a time that you have dealt with cultural differences
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Dec 2014
Interview
I have applied online and successfully passed all the tests i.e.: decision-making and verbal assessment. Shortly, I was invited for an interview over the phone. The process took about 1 month and it was pretty clear and easy. The interview though was particularly hard, in comparison to the ones from the other employers. The questions asked were far not straight-forward, and implied a lot of critical thinking before giving an accurate answer.
