Interview consisted of three parts:
1. Name an accomplishment
- Explain
- How did you monitor your progress?
- How many people were involved?
- Which obstacles did you encounter, how did you solve them?
- Which obstacles did you foresee?
- How did you know it would turn out as sucess?
- What was the most difficult part?
- What feedback did management give you (strengths and weaknesses?)
- What would you do differently next time and why didn't you do it in the first place?
- How did you plan the steps?
2. Work as part of a team
- Tell situation where you worked as a team?
- How did you manage the team?
- How do you handle difficult situations / people?
- Did you have to alter your way of communication?
- How do you make sure you stay healthy and don't devote all your time to the project?
- What did you team mates say about your qualities as a leader: strengths, weaknesses
3. Imagine you are a decision maker at a multinational, choose from 4 areas.
I chose Health, saefty, Security and Environment. Questions are so generic, however, that they are applicable to every area:
- How would you improve that area?
- Which obstacles do you foresee and how would you handle them?
- Which methods would you use?
- How do you think will this area develop in the next years?
- What are threats?
- What are opportunities?
